SURFLOW - YOGA ON BALANCE BOARD

TAKE YOUR PRACTICE BEYOND THE ASANA
SurFlow merges the serenity of traditional yoga with the dynamic, embodied challenge of balance board training. It's not just yoga—it's elevated, playful, and deeply embodied.
When practicing yoga on the Yoga Balance Board you are getting a more efficient workout while mind and body are in need to connect in order to balance on the board.

You will focus on how to transition consciously and learn to use your breath as the bridge between mind and body. Since alignment is key for stability, you will refine your practice and train the little muscles. Your core will be on fire and your ego will have to step aside.

Do you need an anchor for SUP yoga?
If you're thinking about trying sup yoga, you might be wondering if you need an anchor. The answer is: it depends! Some people find that having an anchor helps them feel more stable and secure on their board, while others find it gets in the way. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether or not you want to use one. If you're practicing in calm water and don't feel like you need the extra stability, then there's no need to use an anchor. However, if you're in rougher conditions or are just starting out, an anchor can be a helpful tool. Just make sure to position it so that it doesn't get in the way of your paddle strokes!
