Service Description

60 min. Restorative Yoga where we allow gently gravity to do it's work. While we are supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks we allow to work into the deep tissue, relax the body and mind. ✨ Benefits: - Reduces stress and anxiety - Improves sleep and mood - Lowers blood pressure and heart rate - Enhances flexibility without strain - Supports healing and recovery (physical and emotional)
